This 7‑day challenge helps you widen that window — not by forcing change, but by noticing the subtle signals that shape your decisions. Each day builds on the last, moving from awareness → interpretation → identity → architecture.
Day 1 — The Moment of Choice
Theme: Recognizing the Window
Practice:
Notice one moment today where you feel a pull to react quickly — irritation, urgency, defensiveness, pressure, or emotional spike.
Pause for 5 seconds.
Ask yourself:
“Is my Window open or closed right now?”
Reflection:
Write down the moment, what triggered it, and whether your Window felt wide, narrow, or collapsed.

Day 2 — Somatic + Emotional Integration
Theme: The body and emotions as early signals
Practice:
Track one moment when your body reacts first (tightness, heat, tension)
and one moment when your emotions react first (frustration, excitement, fear).
Reflection:
What did my body say?
What did my emotions say?
Did I collapse, widen, or stay neutral?
Explore:

Day 3 — Narrative Awareness
Theme: The story you tell in the moment
Practice:
Choose one moment of discomfort or uncertainty today.
Ask:
“What story did I tell myself about this?”
Reflection:
Write the story you told, then write an alternative story that widens your Window instead of collapsing it.

Interpretive hygiene
Day 4 — The Vast Unknown
Theme: Practicing openness in uncertainty
Practice:
Identify one thing today that feels uncertain, ambiguous, or not fully in your control.
Sit with it for 60 seconds.
Ask:
“What part of me wants to close the Window here?”
“What part of me is willing to stay open?”
Reflection:
Write what you discover about your relationship with uncertainty.

Day 5 — Emotional Intelligence
Theme: Meaning-making instead of reactivity
Practice:
Choose one emotional moment today — positive or negative.
Name the emotion clearly.
Then ask:
“What is this emotion trying to tell me?”
“What meaning am I assigning to it?”
Reflection:
Write the emotion, the meaning you assigned, and one alternative meaning that widens your Window.

Day 6 — Identity Alignment
Theme: Choosing from who you’re becoming
Practice:
Think of a decision you made today — big or small.
Ask:
“Did this choice reinforce or erode the identity I’m building?”
Reflection:
Write the decision, the identity it aligns with, and one small adjustment you could make tomorrow to choose more from your future self.

Practice:
